Why are Realtors Calling Me?

FSBOs will generally receive numerous calls from real estate agents.  The reason is.....FSBOs are a great source of business.  After a number of days or weeks trying to sell their home, many fsbos will go ahead and list with a Realtor.  Realtors know this and hope to be the one chosen when the homeowner decides its time to go ahead and list with an agent.  If you are considering selling your home yourself, expect calls from Realtors.
